Tuck Pointing Safety Shield

For the tuck pointing system we have developed a special safety shield. This safety shield will fit several professional angle grinders from such companies as AEG, Bosch, DeWalt, Hitachi, Makita and Metabo. Because of the dust, many angle grinders is often worn down very fast but with this safety shield also works as dust exhaustion the angle grinders will last longer. It is possible to connect a vacuum cleaner to the handle of the safety shield. This will take most of the dust that comes from the work and in this way a lot of work is saved on cleaning up after the job is done. The safety shield gives the option of adjusting the depth of the router. This is especially useful when there are demands to the depth of the replacement joints also it functions as a guide while working which is useful particularly when making track for cable and pipes where no other guidance is available. We would like to emphasize that this system improves the working environment significantly compared to working with diamond discs.
