Trimming Disc For Aluminium and PVC

These discs are for trimming or carving in aluminium, PVC and similar products. The material can be contoured, shaped and removed and you can create a very precise result, this could be on welding joints or edges. Because the cutting face is flat it is easy to achieve a smooth surface. The openings in the disc enable you to see exactly where the material is being removed and this tool is capable of doing very precise work. The disc openings also create a fan effect which keeps the material cool so you don’t get over heating. A special safety shield is included. Advantages: The disc uses a cutting action rather than a grinding action to create small shavings rather than dust. Disc will not load up like abrasive type discs. The transparent disc allows full view of the working area. The discs fits on most 4" and 4 1/2" angle grinders. It works especially well on convex surfaces.
